Dematting Charge
If your dog has a few matts, we will spend time slowly trying to remove these however dematting for long periods can be distressing for some dogs and we will always put the welfare of your dog first.
If matts take longer than 10 minutes we will call you to discuss clipping the matt which will be more comfortable and less distressing to your dog.
